Photography has been the love of my life (well besides my wife) since I was 12. Now that I am retired from teaching photography I am able to share that love with schools all over the world.SCPHOTO offers schools, individuals and home school students a rich basic photography curriculum that concentrates on the tecnhology and art needed for success as a journalist.  We live in the age of the "Digital Native" where students in our classrooms have been raised on multi-media rich tools like the Apple iPod or iPhone with Facebook and YouTube a daily diet. Data Management is a specialty of ours using FileMaker Pro to manage and report on many different forms of information. Since retirement from Santa Cruz City Schools in 2006 our work has focused mostly on FileMaker Pro design and consulting. Our experience is primarily in the area of education but we have also workd with a system for a book store that manages sales and inventory control.
Moodle is our current passion. This opensource program is a fantastic content delivery program for educators at all levels. We have designed several sites for schools and for a church ministry program that help deliver curriculum materials to online users or support for classroom users.
